Jeffrey Riback

Jeff is a business leader and innovator with three decades of experience in financial printing. He was previously Principal and CEO of Data Communiqué International, which he transformed into a technology-driven solutions provider of automated publishing, content management and document distribution services for banking, investment company, insurance and healthcare clients. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations for RR Donnelley’s Capital Markets Division, where he was responsible for managing a global sales, printing and production services organization while overseeing the execution of some of the largest deals in the history of the financial printing industry. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Boston University and an MBA in Marketing from The George Washington University.

Edward Vaccaro
Vice President of Operations

Ed has over 27 years of experience in the financial printing industry. He was previously the Director of Operations at Capital Printing Systems, where his primary responsibilities were Service Delivery for the Capital Markets, Compliance, Digital and Offset Printing offerings for the New York and London offices. He was most recently part of the Capital Markets service teams of Bowne and RR Donnelley. Ed has a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Long Island University.

David Henkel
Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

David is a technologist with nearly two decades of experience in the financial printing industry. He was previously the Vice President of Operations at Vintage Filings/P.R. Newswire, where he was responsible for managing various multi-channel publishing platforms. Prior to that, he was the lead developer for the electronic publishing division of AXA Financial, where he was responsible for managing and developing a publishing workflow that achieved Six Sigma.

Thomas Mangan
Vice President and Manager of Technology Development

Thomas has nearly two decades of experience on the technology side of financial publishing, specializing in the design and implementation of multi-channel publishing platforms. He previously served as Senior Product Manager of Vintage Filings/P.R. Newswire’s financial publishing platform, where his primary responsibilities were platform development, style reproduction, system implementation and delivering training programs to both domestic and international production hubs. Prior to that, Thomas held the role of technical trainer and developer for the electronic publishing division of AXA Financial. Thomas has a Bachelor of Arts in Information Science from the State University of New York at Oswego and is pursuing his Master of Arts in Graphic Communications Management and Technology at New York University.

Glen Buchbaum
Senior Vice President

Glen is one of the industry’s foremost experts in transactional and compliance solutions and shareholder communications. Having spent almost two decades at financial printing and proxy solicitation firms, Glen has created, sold and managed numerous transactional and compliance products currently being utilized by corporations, law firms and intermediaries today. He is a co-founder of Tri-State Financial Press, which was acquired by Toppan Vite New York in December 2012. Prior to Tri-State, he served as Vice President at proxy solicitation firms Corporate Investor Communications (CIC) and Georgeson Shareholder.

Bill Lee
Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Bill leads the sales team with customer-centric and go-to-market strategies to further enhance Toppan Vite’s superior customer service and state-of-the art technology solutions. Additionally, Lee will be responsible for promoting organic growth by channeling his past experiences working in senior leadership positions in the financial printing industry. Previously, Lee was president of Standard Register. He held various sales leadership positions with Dun & Bradstreet, RR Donnelley and Bowne & Co. At Bowne & Co. he spent twelve years as SVP of Sales, managing director of Europe and ultimately as president overseeing operations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

Bill received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Fairfield University in 1982 and he also pursued additional educational opportunities including graduate coursework at the University of Hartford, University of New Haven, John Carroll University and executive education courses at Darden and the Center for Creative Leadership.

David Cristelot
Manager of Pricing, Estimating and Billing

David has more than 15 years of experience in financial printing, specializing in estimating, pricing, technology, automating data needed for billing and reporting, and streamlining information for clients. He previously served as Director of Pricing for New Products for the Translation and European Division of Bowne & Co., Inc. David plays an integral management role, including coordinating operations and finance, and strategizing with Sales for new and ongoing business in an effort to grow our Company. David has shareholder communications industry experience and was a member of the pricing/finance team at RR Donnelley. David has a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Operations Management from The University of Scranton.
